Making Strawberry Jam

It is a cold rainy day at my house today, high only in the 50's. A good day to curl up with a good book or movie, but I am making homemade strawberry preserves today. The srawberries are not as sweet as they will be next month but they are good! I am planning on doing small batches at the time so I am starting now. They are my husband and granddaughters favorite and taste so much better than what you buy in the store, not too mention the money saved and I do love doing things for my family.

    Yum! That sounds so very good. I'm sure your family loves you for doing special things like that for them. Besides it always makes you feel good too when doing something for others ! Hope your Tuesday is a terrific one!

    Looks heavenly I can taste it now, my husband did black berries last summer and it's my favorite. Enjoy the strawberries. I have the same weather as you right now! Hugs, Pearl
