Christmas 2015 has come and gone, it was a nice one,had my Children and Grandchildren here Christmas Eve. The weather was warm and foggy, so we did have a "foggy Christmas Eve"! Christmas day I visited my twin brothers. It was different this year as one of them unexpectedly lost his fiance in September after visiting with each of them, we visited the cemetery.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed the pictures and notes. Glad you guys got together and what a sweet thought concerning the one who left early.
SWEET!
I am glad you had a good yet bittersweet Christmas.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a difficult Christmas for your brother.
ReplyDeleteAs the years come and go, we've had many changes at our house, but still like you manage to have a Happy Christmas. That ornament for the lost loved one is precious. Hope you have a Happy New Year.
ReplyDeleteChristmases change so much through the years. It is comforting to know that loved ones have always been a part of them and I have my memories of those who are celebrating in Heaven this year. Every day is a celebration there...
ReplyDeleteYour home looks so warm and welcoming and the gifts look so inviting!
What a tough time for your brother and all those who loved her. It looks like you had a nice Christmas though. I love the photo of the fireplace flanked by poinsettias. So beautiful!
ReplyDeleteIt looks like a wonderful Holiday.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year,
Meredith
Oh! I didn't know you had twin brothers. How neat. I'm glad you enjoyed your family time with your kids and may God continue to comfort you and your brother in the loss of your friend.
