Secret Santa !

I joined in with the" Secret Santa" that Suzanne ( Colorado Lady ) has been hosting. It was a lot of fun, I had a good time shopping for my friend and hope she enjoys the things I chose for her. I received my package yesterday, it included some of my favorite things: A Christmas Tea Book, Holiday Tea, cookie wafers, a candle (that I am burning now) it smells wonderful, Teapot napkin rings (these are adorable) some vintage homemade things from 40's and 50's and a note about each gift! I can tell she put a lot of thought in to what I would like, thank you so much Caroline!

  5. I don't know if we are supposed to tell who is our Santa's yet but since it is so close to Christmas I thought I would tell you. :) I'm your Secret Santa. I did something crazy and changed my blog title/name from Diary of a 1940s Homemaker to Hopewell Homestead. The first title/name just didn't seem to fit everything I wanted to post about so I thought the second name fit well since it is where we live and it's more about everything in interest rather than just living a vintage lifestyle. So there's my crazy story about me not being able to completely make up my mind. :) I guess this year you got stuck with a wishy washy Secret Santa. ;) I hope you enjoy all of your sweet little things I picked out for you. Have a very beautiful Christmas. Your Friend, Caroline.

  10. You didn't put your name on my package so I haven't been able to thank you properly. Thank you so much for the wonderful package. I love everything, the ornaments are lovely and are on my tree. The towels are being used. Thanks again.
