It is hard to believe, but my tree and decorations are packed away! I spent today trying to rearrange the living room. I am not sure I like it this way as much as the way I had it before the tree went up, I will leave it this way awhile and see. My living room is small so it is hard to arrange everything the way I want.
Don't things always look a bit dull and boring after the tree comes down? Sigh...Thanks for visiting!

It looks cozy and comfortable to me. It's always nice to have a new look for a while. I used to change mine around often, not so much anymore though.
ReplyDeleteGood for you, its been raining and the wind has been roaring ever since Christmas. I have to put it all down stairs which means going out side, thats my excuse and I'm sticking to it. I have changed a few things around my living room to, its so nice to do that it makes everything new again. Have a great wkend!! Pearl
ReplyDeleteWanted to wish you a blessed and happy New Years!
ReplyDeleteOh my I haven't even started yet- well let me back up. The tree in the blue guest room came down with a loud thud the other day so went ahead and took that one down. Hope the others don't decide to play dead so they can be taken down too!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year!

Oh! I think it looks pretty just as it is.
ReplyDeleteHappy new year to you, Elizabeth! I am wishing you the best year ever and again, I do thank you for your kind, encouraging comments this past year. Thank-you! Hugs, Debra
I think it actually feels good to put away Christmas decorations. We can now play around with furniture and accessories. Have fun and Happy New Year!

ReplyDeleteYour living room looks lovely. I still have to take my tree down and put all the decorations away...it always makes me a little sad to see them go:( But the fun part is moving the furniture around for a new look in the living room, just as you have done!
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Charlotte
