Halloween is coming !
I am busy today getting ready for Halloween and the many trick-or - treater's we have each year. Last year a neighbor counted 700. Our subdivision closes the streets to traffic , no one has a fence in the front(home owner association rules)
so we are very popular on Halloween. Most of the residents do a lot of decorating and its a fun time for all!

WOW! That is a LOT of trick-or-treaters. We don't get a single one. We are just far enough out of town that they don't come here. xo Diana
ReplyDelete700! We get about 30 if we are lucky. I live on a little street that is one block long and tucked away behind a major street. No one even knows we are here most of the time. I don't know what I would do with 700 kids.
ReplyDeleteIt is always good to have fun along with the kids. Being mobile as we are we seldom see kids on Halloween, I sorta miss it.
ReplyDeleteThat sounds like my daughter, Summer's, home!!! They have hundreds!!!! I would hate to have to buy that much candy and treats!! We sit on our porch all dressed up and sipping wine with candles lit and the porch lights all aglow. Maybe I'll count how many we have this year! Not even 100 - I know that!!!

ReplyDeleteWow is right. We're lucky if we get 20. My husband is always telling me we're not going to have enough candy, but we always have more than enough. I finally wised up and realized he likes having lots of leftovers!
