Valentine weekend and my comments!

A very nice weekend! Friday night we went out to eat at a new restaurant in town. Their "Sweetheart" special was ribeye steak and choice of seafood with salad, baked potato and pie. Saturday was Grandmother-Granddaughter Day. Brittney and I went shopping, out to brunch and yogurt mountain! Sunday was lunch with oldest daughter,son-in-law and the 2 youngest grandsons then visiting some old cemeteries as we research ancestors. We topped the weekend off by going to Steak"n"Shake on the way home! I am having some computer problems,I can read the post but I am unable to comment on some of them 2 of them are Jack 69 and Diane at lavender dreams so please know that I am reading your post and hope to be able to comment soon!

  1. Sounds like a fun week-end. We are snowed in here. We escaped yesterday for lunch at Applebees........but it was below freeing out and cold.
Hope your computer starts working better. (In case you don't know who I am...your swap partner.

  2. And what a weekend you did have. Time with Sweetheart, and granddaughter. She will always remember, nice to make memories like that, you are a real sweetie. Nice to be remembered, but never be concerned if you miss being able to comment. We all have that problem at times. It is just frustrating.
This was a good visit, entry is SWEET! A good thing to research the past.

  4. I can not comment on some of my blogger friends either...luckily you are not one of them. I wish my grand daughter lived close to me so i could have a grand mother - grand daughter day.... You are such a fun and thoughtful grandma....

  5. Oh Elizabeth! Your beautiful card arrived today and I appreciated so much that I was in your prayers while Tom was away. Must have been why I enjoyed the weeks so much! And thank-you for the adorable Valentine--the puppy was soo cute and both of your cards brightened my winter days! Thanks you, dear friend! (And I do hope your computer situation will right itself soon ... ) Hugs, Debra
