  6. Ellie is adorable! oh sweet baby where did you get her? I finally found the perfect way to potty train. It's with a cage, just buy a metal cage at the pet store and it comes with all the instructions on how to do it. They are so insecure and just want to be with Mom. The cage becomes a security blanket. Just keep her in there when you are gone or it's bedtime. And soon she will learn to go outside. They won't soil there own bedding. At 4yrs it's going to be tougher but with persistance she will learn. The instructions said to hang a bell on the door and everytime you go out to potty the dog will learn that sound is to go out. Soon they will ring the bell to go out. This is how I trained Baby and he rings the bell everytime! I put a heavy Christmas leather strape up with bells on it and dam if you don't think Santa is coming all the time. I got so tired of it ringing that I took it off after a year. And now he comes up and nudges my leg with his nose to go out. Hope this helps, good luck. Pearl
